Pythagoras Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500 ml), made by Markou Samos, is an exclusive single variety olive oil, with exceptionally low acidity. Produced from young trees planted by the third generation of the family, this oil offers an intense fruitiness with fresh notes of freshly cut grass, and a balanced bitterness and spiciness. The olives are harvested by hand in mid-October and cold-pressed in a few hours in the family's own press. Inspired by 50 years of family tradition, this product honors both the ancestors and the island of Samos.
